It can complete about 20 processes such as spray water injection, ultrasonic rough cleaning, water washing on the outside wall of the bottle, continuous second circulating water washing on the inside wall of the bottle, one blow, one fresh water washing, continuous second blow, blowing on the outside wall of the bottle, preheating, drying and sterilizing to remove the heat, cooling, pre-aeration, filling, post-aeration, preheating and sealing. Bottle washing machine adopts mechanical hand bottle clamping, suitable for 1-20ml ampoules;

The washing bottle adopts the reciprocating tracking and inserting method of water-air injection needle, which has good cleaning effect and saves energy.And a needle shelf shake device to improve the accuracy of injection needle inserted into the bottle, reduce breakage phenomenon;

The whole water and gas pipeline and the spray needle are completely separate, avoiding cross contamination and meeting the requirements of GMP. The bottle washing machine is equipped with a buffer block before the bottle screw, which protects the screw and reduces the effect of broken bottle; Oven adopts hot air circulation heating, uniform temperature, energy saving; Oven is provided with protection function against sudden power failure, safe operation;

Oven can be equipped with circulating water cooling device, no loss of room air volume, reduce the risk of room pressure imbalance, cooling effect is good; The oven can be equipped with an automatic pressure balance adjustment system to reduce a series of problems caused by the imbalance of pressure difference between the room and the oven, such as the deviation of high temperature section, filling room, washing room and drying room temperature rise;
