  1. Automatic capsule switching system, safe and convenient.

  7. The high-precision fully enclosed turntable's horizontal dual shafts use polytetrafluoroethylene oil-free bearings. The dual shaft seals use imported SIL silicone rubber sealing rings to effectively prevent drug ingress into the turntable interior, ensuring turntable operation accuracy, while also achieving permanent maintenance-free, oil-free, and upkeep-free operation.

  8. The planar cam adopts a dual-track operation mode, with dual-shaft dual-output independent movement, improving operation accuracy while avoiding the possibility of collision between the lower mold and the dosing disc.

  9. The high-precision cam divider uses a German 3-second optical dividing head for indexing. The indexing shaft is completed in one pass on a CNC machining center, ensuring precise indexing of the turntable and dosing disc during high-speed production, thereby guaranteeing filling accuracy. The improvement in cam divider indexing also extends the overall machine service life.

  10. All operating cams are made of 20CrMoTi, undergo carburizing and quenching treatment, and are ground to precision in one pass on a CNC grinding machine, ensuring cam accuracy and uniformity, and improving cam service life.

The twelve-station turntable frame adopts an integrated processing molding technology, resulting in a compact structure, no splicing gaps, good sealing, easy disassembly for maintenance, and independent movement of the upper and lower modules (the lower module performs horizontal telescopic movement, the upper module performs vertical lifting movement). The shaft seals of the fixed brackets for the upper and lower modules use double-lip skeleton dust rings for oil retention and dust prevention. This achieves no noise, small size, low load, high precision, and a fully enclosed turntable interior that requires no repair, no oiling, no maintenance, and no powder ingress for three years.

The filling base adopts a negative pressure design. The interior of the base is connected to the powder recovery device. When the equipment is running at high speed, a small amount of powder entering the filling base can generate negative pressure in the base holes, sucking the powder into the recovery device. After being filtered by the powder collector, the powder is collected in the recovery container, allowing the powder to be reused and avoiding waste and loss.
