Cip System
CIP system (Cleaning In Place system) has two types: fixed and mobile. It features dual control modes, automatic and manual, and is suitable for cleaning large, medium, and small equipment. It has a compact structure, occupies little space, and is convenient to install and maintain. The detergent can be recycled, there are few wearing parts, and it has a long service life. It can perform in-place sealed cleaning of storage tanks, pipelines, etc., reducing the risk of secondary pollution. The cleaning process can be programmed and automated, and the external circulation helps save energy. Additionally, it offers options of single-tank, double-tank, and multi-tank configurations, and is widely used in industries such as food and pharmaceuticals that require clean production equipment.
Cip system
CIP system has fixed type and removable type. The control of the CIP system has two modes, automatic mode and manual mode.
Feature
- No disassembly required, in-situ operation: The core feature of "clean in place" technology is that it allows direct cleaning of production equipment, storage tanks, pipelines, etc.,without disassembling parts, thus avoiding equipment damage and assembly errors.
- High degree of automation: CIP systems support programmed control, automating the entire process from cleaning solution preparation, circulation spraying, rinsing to wastewater discharge, reducing manual intervention and ensuring standardized and consistent cleaning procedures.
- Sealed cleaning process: The entire cleaning process is completed in a closed environment, and the cleaning solution is recycled, which avoids material contamination and reduces the introduction of external impurities, meeting clean production requirements.
- Versatile adaptability: Compatible with large, medium, and small production equipment; supports single-tank, dual-tank, and multi-tank configurations; available in both stationary and mobile types to suit different site and production capacity requirements.
- Low-consumption and energy-saving design: Equipped with an external circulation system, the cleaning fluid recovery rate is high, there are fewer vulnerable parts, the equipment has a long service life, and the consumable and maintenance costs are greatly reduced.
Advantages
- High efficiency and labor saving, increasing production capacity: Compared with manual disassembly and cleaning, CIP cleaning is more than 50% more efficient, shortens equipment downtime, reduces labor input, and indirectly increases production capacity.
- Cleanliness meets standards and eliminates contamination: Automated and precise control of cleaning temperature, pressure and time can thoroughly remove residual materials, oil stains and microorganisms from the inner wall of the equipment, meeting the stringent hygiene standards of the food, pharmaceutical and other industries and avoiding secondary contamination.
- Energy-saving and environmentally friendly, cost-reducing and efficiency-enhancing: The cleaning solution is recycled and reused, with a utilization rate of over 90%, reducing the consumption of water resources and chemical detergents; the external circulation system reduces energy consumption, and long-term use can save 30%-40% of operating costs.
- Protect equipment and extend its lifespan: In-situ cleaning avoids wear and tear on equipment interfaces and seals during disassembly. Combined with a design that minimizes vulnerable parts, this effectively extends the overall lifespan of the equipment and reduces maintenance and replacement costs.
- Flexible and easy to operate: It supports automatic and manual dual-mode control, and the cleaning parameters can be adjusted according to the degree of equipment contamination and production needs; it has a compact structure, small footprint, and simple installation and maintenance process.
APPLICATION
- Food processing industry: Suitable for mixing tanks, conveying pipelines, forming equipment, etc. in meat processing, dairy production, baked goods, convenience food, etc., to remove protein, starch and oil residues and ensure food hygiene and safety.
Pharmaceutical industry: For equipment such as API reaction vessels, formulation storage tanks, and infusion pipelines, CIP cleaning can meet GMP certification requirements, thoroughly remove drug residues and microorganisms, and avoid cross-contamination. - Beverage and brewing industry: Fermentation tanks, filling equipment, and conveying pipelines used in production lines for juices, carbonated beverages, and beer to remove sugar and yeast residues and prevent bacterial growth that could affect product flavor.
- Chemical industry: Suitable for chemical raw material storage tanks, reaction vessels, and solvent conveying pipelines; cleans chemical residues and sticky materials; avoids cross-contamination between different batches of raw materials; and ensures product purity.
- Dairy and dairy product industry: Targeting fresh milk storage tanks, yogurt fermentation tanks, and milk powder production equipment, this product removes milk fat and lactose residues, meeting the stringent microbial control standards of the dairy industry.
- Cosmetics and Daily Chemical Industry: Used in emulsification tanks, ingredient tanks, and filling pipelines to clean surfactant, oil, and pigment residues, ensuring the cleanliness of the cosmetics production process.
