How it works:
The process is as follows: raw material water is heated by industrial steam in the primary effect preheater, and each effect preheater is heated by secondary steam after entering; The condenser is heated by secondary steam and distilled water; Then, through the water separation device at the top of the evaporator, it is evenly distributed into the evaporation tube, and the film-like water flow is formed in the evaporation tube. The thin water quickly evaporates, producing secondary steam; The raw material water that has not been evaporated is transported to the next effect, as the raw material water of the secondary effect evaporator, and the subsequent effects are similar, the unevaporated into the next effect, until the last effect has not been evaporated, will be discharged as condensate water; The evaporated raw material water, now the secondary steam, continues to spiral up in the evaporator, and enters the pure steam pipeline through the special separation device in the middle and upper part, as a secondary heat source; The secondary steam condenses into distilled water after the heat is absorbed in the secondary effect. The process of each effect is similar, the distilled water of each effect and the secondary steam of the final effect are collected by the condenser, and after heat exchange with cooling water and raw water, cooled into distilled water; After the online detection of electrical conductivity, qualified distilled water is output as water for injection, and unqualified distilled water will be discharged.
The secondary steam converted into raw water is clean steam, which goes through three separations: after entering the evaporator at the beginning, it flows down the tube and evaporates at the same time, which is the first separation; The evaporated raw material water (secondary steam) returns 180 degrees at the lower end of the evaporator, and the impurities are separated to the lower part under the action of gravity, which is the second separation; The evaporated raw material water, that is, the secondary steam, continues to spiral up in the evaporator to the special separation unit in the middle and upper part for a third separation. The cooling water only passes through the condenser to cool the distilled water produced by each effect and the secondary steam of the final effect. The industrial steam heats the raw water in the most efficient evaporator and preheater, and the heat is absorbed and discharged as condensate water. In the condenser, there is a part of the gas that cannot condense into water, which is called non-condensable gas, and this part of the gas will be removed by the discharge device installed in the upper part of the condenser. Depending on the model, a continuous discharge device for non-condensing gas may also be provided on each effect evaporator.

6, three-dimensional bending: in the pipeline as far as possible to use stainless steel pipe directly draw bending pipe, avoid welding.
7, the use of automatic welding: the connection of pipelines and parts, as far as possible to use automatic argon protection track welding, to ensure the quality of welding.
8, heat insulation: evaporator and preheater are made of non-chlorine, non-asbestos mineral wool insulation layer, and covered with stainless steel cladding.
9, only economic material water pretreatment: no need for expensive purified water equipment, raw water only needs to be deionized water or reverse osmosis water with electrical conductivity less than 5μS/cm.
10, economic and energy saving: Because the secondary steam is used step by step in each effect, the utilization rate of industrial steam is very high, and it has obvious energy-saving effect. With the increase of evaporator efficiency, this energy-saving effect is more obvious. At the same time, the amount of cooling water also decreased significantly with the increase of the effect number.
