Water Treatment Plant Machine

The entire system is constructed from stainless steel, with a sterilization device installed upstream of the point of use. Equipment Characteristics

 

The purified water storage period for hospital use should not exceed 24 hours. Storage tanks are made of stainless steel or materials that are non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, and do not leach contaminating ions. The tank's vent is fitted with a hydrophobic sterilizing filter that does not shed fibers. The interior walls of the tank are smooth, and connections and welds are free of dead ends and pinholes.


Basic Technical Features

 

  1. The system adopts fully automatic control (manual control is also an option), with programmable automatic backwash and regeneration cycles during operation.

  2. Both primary and secondary reverse osmosis units have return pipelines. The RO equipment includes chemical cleaning and disinfection devices.

  3. A pH adjustment device is installed between the primary and secondary reverse osmosis stages to ensure the product water conductivity complies with pharmacopoeia requirements.

  4. The secondary reverse osmosis membrane employs a positively charged, fouling-resistant type to ensure long-term, stable operation of the RO equipment.

  5. Piping is made of sanitary-grade 304/316L stainless steel.
